Is your concern covered under the warranty?

To determine if a problem or concern is covered first refer to your New Home Warranty that was provided at closing.  If you have an emergency please that requires fire, police or medical personnel, call 911. 

Requesting a warranty service call.

If the item appears to be a warrantable item please call our office at 783-3577 or complete our service form below and we will respond to your request. A  Clark Family Homes representative or a responsible sub-contractor will make an appointment to examine your item and determine a plan of action for a resolution. By notifying our office we can then have a record of your request and follow up to be sure there has been a satisfactory resolution. Also many concerns and problems can be resolved over the phone.  Our office reviews any outstanding warranty requests weekly and follows up to be sure action is being taken.
