Decide upon the price range and general size of the home to meet your needs. We offer three broad price ranges of New Homes. Our Information Center is located in the Arbor Oaks subdivision.
Summerfield in Medina and Creekside in Milan offer homes from the low to mid $100s These homes are generally 3 bedroom and two bath styles and some have options for finished bonus rooms over the garage.
Southern Hills and Arbor Oaks in Medina have larger homes that offer more living space and upgrades. These homes have options for extra bedrooms and baths upstairs, and all have solid surface tops in the kitchens. These homes are priced from the upper $100s.
Oak Tree Subdivision in Medina offers the largest homes in our communities. These homes average 3000+ square feet of living space and offer more design features. We have a few select builder partners in this community that offer a large range of custom features.
